As a new age soca artist, Trini2dmax who birth name is Samuel Brotherson, has begun a journey which is leading him back home to his roots and culture-Trinbago’s Soca. Hailing from New York City, Samuel was born and raised in Point Fortin, known to most as the cultural capital of Trinidad and Tobago.

Trini2max began his musical journey at the age of 10 singing in church and when he migrated to the US in 1999 he developed a keen interest in soca music. He has been writing and performing since and has no intentions of stopping anytime soon. His music is heavily influenced by Hip Hop and Dancehall which when fused together with soca gives a really nice vibes. Some may say that his voice is similar to Grenada’s Tallpree, booming loud and strong as he belts out his tracks.

With his new releases “Misbehaving Time” and “Takeover” proving to be quite a force to reckon with in New York City, Trini2dmax has heard his tracks reach the airwaves of “D Flava” 107.9fm. Currently he intends to take his music regionally and aims to be listed as one of Trinidad’s finest in the Soca arena.
