Whether it is by cutlass, shotgun, or big stone, Emile James will now have to be prepared for his daughter’s post sweet sixteen transitions.  Nuff said, Kamiliah James, celebrated her “Sweet Sixteen” birthday at the Clifton Hill Club on Sunday December 3^rd (Actual b/day was November 23^rd). In a Hawaiian style atmosphere her friends, family and relatives came out and had a really good time celebrating the milestone.  Kamilah’s parents are Kathy Ann Phillip originally from Vance River and Emile James from Hubert’s Town Gonzales Guapo.
